Patient Data Cards Ref: S1550-S1553A

A unique patient data card reading and recording tool has been built into the side of each Intelect Advanced Therapy System that allows you to record and review critical patient modality and pain profile information. On individual patient data cards, you can easily record information to help enhance clinical consistency for the patient, track pain and maintain accurate modality records.

The management of patient information with the patient data\ncard includes the following:

Modality Records: A complete patient modality record of each therapy provided can be organised on one small patient card.

Pain Profile Statistics: You can record a comprehensive patient pain profile with a VAS (Visual Analog Scale), Numeric Pain Index and Pain Map Profile.

Patient Specific Electrode Placement Diagrams: A simple format to record electrode placement guidelines for each patient can be viewed and edited as needed.

Colour Anatomical and Pathological Libraries: A vibrant, high-resolution colour anatomical library that provides a comprehensive review of the bones, muscles and ligaments of the body. Pathological Libraries also in high resolution colour graphics.

Clinical Protocol System: With over 200 Clinical Protocols available, you are assured to be using the most appropriate application for the patient’s condition. Each Clinical Protocol now includes Waveform Rationale as well as Electrode Placement Diagrams and Rationale specific to each body area.

User Defined Protocols: A number of memory positions are available to customise any waveform to your specific needs.
